Return Policy

Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. ThePhotoLand.com offers an exclusive 15 day exchange/refund policy on purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days, subject to a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from ThePhotoLand.com. To contact our return/exchange department please email us at

  • We will not accept the following products for credit, refund, or an exchange and must be repaired or handled by the manufacturer or manufacturers' authorized service centers. Tripods, opened media, including tapes, cd's or DVD’s, lights, blister-packed items, flashes, extended warranties, lenses and filters
  • Express and 2-Day shipping cost will NOT be refunded unless package was not delivered at the appropriate time.
  • All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
  • All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and accessories.
  • All products packaged as a kit must be returned in full.
  • Orders of 10 or more items are eligibale for EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • All returns for exchange due to defect will be handled expeditiously. Shipping costs are non refundable. Shipping back to customer, if within the return period, will be at no cost.
  • Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized, will be refused.

Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not offer return shipping labels. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We apologize, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RMA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA#. There are no exceptions.
